About Me
Tina Smith is a passionate and deeply committed mental health professional, author, TheraCoach for Women With Sword & Grace , and emerging mediator with over 25 years of experience walking alongside individuals, families, and leaders through their healing and growth journeys. She is the Founder and Director of Selah Counselling, Mediation & Training Center (formerly Tina J. Smith & Associates Counselling & Psychotherapy) and the Selah Treatment Center, a not-for-profit charitable organization dedicated to trauma-informed and treatment.
As a Registered Social Worker, Certified EMDR Therapist, and EMDRIA Approved Consultant, Tina brings a rich tapestry of clinical expertise, compassionate leadership, and heartfelt presence to all she does. Her diverse experience spans in-custody and community-based youth programs, children’s mental health organizations, psychiatric facilities, and private practice settings, where she has supported individuals, couples, and families with empathy and excellence.
