Driven by a passion for supporting individuals facing mental health challenges, Jessalyn is working towards becoming a psychotherapist. She has volunteered on a crisis line and worked directly with families in crisis, helping them navigate difficult and emotionally complex situations.
She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Social Work from Redeemer University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at Yorkville University. She wants to develop her skills and knowledge further to serve others better in clinical and community settings.
Jessalyn is engaged and is looking forward to her upcoming wedding and settling into her new home. Outside of academic and professional pursuits, she enjoys playing the piano, reading, staying active, and spending quality time with family.
