Sana Richards is passionate about helping people experiencing holistic flourishing. She finds joy in integrating faith into one's mental health journey. Her areas of therapeutic expertise include anxiety, depression, life transitions, youth and women's mental health issues and sex therapy. She has worked in both hospital and counselling centre settings with spiritually and ethnically diverse populations. Having done it herself, Sana' believes that exploring therapy is one of the most courageous acts a person can do. She counts it as a privilege to honour that courage with compassionate and competent care. When she's not in session, Sana' enjoys writing Christian romance novels, engaging in Zumba, baking cinnamon swirl bread and spending time with her husband and two young children.
